Maine Youth Power centers rural and suburban youth voices by investing directly in young people. Through base-building, training, leadership development, direct action, and civic engagement, we’re running leader chosen campaigns.
We are multi-issued; our power comes from the intersection of rural youth and race, class, climate and economic justice. By building campaigns around the multitude of issues that immediately face young people, we’re creating a bold, livable future for all Mainers.
Maine Youth Power is an actively antiracist organization. We stand in solidarity with the Movement for Black Lives, and Indigenous Movements in Maine and across the country.
